Overview

• The existing car park at Adams Road provides parking for up to 27 cars which will be lost post July 2014

• Currently 30 members of College Staff are authorised to use the car park

• 15 Post Graduate (MCR) Students are at present authorised to use parking facilities in 3A/ 3B Sylvester Road and 1 Sylvester Road

• A number of Fellows have rooms in Hostels and use cars

WE NEED TO PROVIDE THE OPPORTUNITY FOR:

• 27 Members of Staff• 7 Fellows• 7 Post Graduates (authorised by the Senior

Tutor)To park within the College site

Additional Information

• All Parking spaces will be clearly defined • Details will be circulated of which specific area you will

be able to use on a first choice basis.• However Staff members may park in ANY AVAILABLE

STAFF SPACE (with the exception of marked Fellows area or numbered MCR bays)

• Staff members arriving early are asked to park on the roads surrounding the College when the opportunity arises, to make space available for colleagues arriving at peak parking periods
