Why study place?

Geography is really the study of our planet – its landscape, its people and how we all interact.

If you are going to be a good geographer, then you need to develop your skills in observation and information gathering.

Geography affects you from the moment you get up to the moment you go to bed (would you dress differently if it was raining?).

Geography helps you develop the skills that you need to think for yourself, and not believe all you read or hear.
