2. Recruit 15 to 25 or 80% of Club Members (whichever is less) to commit to participate in a four hour Vision Formation Process

3. Follow up with a Club Assembly to share the results of the Vision Facilitation and gain Consensus of the Members

4. Develop Action Steps that are a result of your newly established Vision and Goals
