Beximco pharma is supposed to be Bangladesh's largest private sector in bangladesh. BEXIMCO was founded in the 1970’s by two brothers – Ahmed Sohail Fasiur Rahman and Ahmed Salman Fazlur Rahman. Diversified group with a presence in industry sectors that account for nearly 75% of Bangladesh’s GDP. BEXIMCO is the largest employer in the private sector in Bangladesh and employs over 48,000 people worldwide. The Group consists of four publicly traded and seventeen privately held companies. The Group had total revenues of $834 million in the year ended December 31, 2010.

give the approvals for decision. Beximco pharma has several rules and
procedures which made by each layer of management, it means that employees who work several layers down in the company have a great many rules and procedures to follow.
It provide a clear, distinct layers with obvious lines of responsibility and control and a clear promotion structure.

System 1 System 41. In order to tall structure employees cannot collaborate easily with other departments or workers many levels above or below them. Lack of collaboration and teamwork sometimes means that some new ideas and innovations may never reach production.
1. Though the goal setting and decisions towards the goal is somewhat dictated by the top managers, mid level managers encourages the subordinates and sales people to establish and reach those goal. Sometimes mid level managers and subordinates get self encouraged for the higher compensation.
2. As the number of managerial levels increases, it takes longer for information to move up and down. As communications pass from manager to subordinate the message may become filtered or distorted.
2. Management has complete confidence in their subordinates/employees. So the promotion is more easier for high performer.
