participatory governance at all levels for the solution of societal problems

• Civil society organisations by their multiple contacts into all sectors of society and the lifeworld have most opportunitiy to feel this need and propose and test innovative solutions and approaches

• Social innovation as all innovation flourishes most in a heterogenous environment. Civil society provides such an environment where actors from all sectors with a broad spectrum of knowledge, experiences and ressources gather and work together.
