evidenced by moving facial expression VAS score ;4

Impaired infection related to hypermetabolism secondary to infection as evidenced by

hypothermia temperature 101 degree F.

Impaired skin integrity related to opening of joint secondary to arthritis as evidenced

by poor skin texture.

Altered sleep pattern related to pain over the joint as evidenced by decreased duration

of sleep.

Risk for infection related to prolonged hospitalization.

Ineffective family coping related to stress imposed by operational procedure and child

activity as evidenced by verbalization of the mother.
