PocketSwab® Procedural Flow Chart

Refer to Current Charm ® Operator’s Manual for Complete Test Procedure

Withdraw the swab by gently pul l ing andtwist ing the swab handle.

Use Left ( )or Right ( ) arrows to pick location or use List View ( ) to scrol l to f ind correct location.

Swab an area 100 cm2 (16 in2). Rotatethe handle to achieve ful l swab contactwith surface.

Reinsert the swab and twist the handledown. Gently shake side to side 3 t imes.White tablet wi l l break apart.

Insert the PocketSwab Plus swab ful ly into the chamber of the novaLUM® II system in an upright posit ion. Press to start count.

Results in 5 seconds. The result of “Pass”or “Fai l” is based on establ ished l imit.
