Appraise Logs in the KRA details

Appraise to select “Confirm Later” if he would like to visit again.

Else he selects “Confirm Now” to proceed.

Appraise to now choose the Training from the given HR Training Catalogue.

Once Submitted , you should receive a mail alert

and this page confirms you Submit

Access to KRA post the last submission date

HR to log on to HR login and access this option to do the same

Screen to Unlock. Once

done Appraise to receive

a mail for further access
