Self-propelled tanker harvester
Ploeger, harvesting with the right feeling!
Models
AR 3BX | AR 4BX
Straight-through layout of the machine: All sieving webs are the same width.
Maneuverability: front steering angle is 48 degrees, rear is 18 degreesand the machine has a short wheel base.
Gentle product handling: low drop heights on all transitions and cleaning units.
Unique Ploeger up-and-over elevator: the most product friendly elevator system. (photo 3)
Non-slip drive of the webs with polyurethane drive sprockets.
No diabolos = less compaction = better sieving capacity. (photo 1)
Big hopper capacity: 14 tonnes. (photo 2)
Multiple cleaning units such as axial roller system, PSHS - system and or pintle belts.
Swan-neck discharge elevator ensures lowest possible drop height into the truck or trailer.
12” touchscreen monitor: more color depth is achieved by higher resolution and a clear lay-out.(photo 4)
Reduced maintenance costs by using standard components / bearings.
Immediate advantages
AR 3BX | AR 4BX
The most advanced tanker harvester
The Ploeger self-propelled 3 and 4 row tanker harvester is designed with a complete focus on customer demand: increasing the net yield by achieving maximum quality of the harvested product.
With the large sieving area and various cleaning units the Ploeger tanker harvester has unmatched capacity. Low conveying speeds in combination with the smallest drop heights and the unique Ploeger up-and-over elevator help ensure gentle handling of the product.
The Ploeger self-propelled tanker harvester is the future and the future is now.

Plus points self-propelled tanker harvester
1. Special discharge elevator with swan-neck guarantees the lowest possible drop height into truck or trailer. The reach of the discharge elevator is 1 to 4,3 meters.
2. Efficient holding of the product is achieved with the 14 tonne hopper. A sensor at the top of the hopper filling belt enables automatic filling of the hopper with the lowest possible drop height, with product friendly transition to the hopper discharge elevator.
3. The hopper discharge belt with an optimal width of 1,200 mm enables complete filling of the trailer. Unloading on the move allows non-stop harvesting.
4. The standard machine is equipped with wide Claas tracks on the rear and 270/95 R54 wheels on the front with excellent weight distribution for harvesting under all field and weather conditions. Besides that, every machine is equipped with cross leveling for harvesting on hilly terrain.
5. Intake units with driven discs and electronic depth control. Possibility to harvest just two rows. Lifting shears are equipped with shear bolt protection.
6. SCANIA TIER iV engine with AdBlue®: less noise and lower emissions.
7. Independent speed control of all sieving webs from the cabin. Furthermore the webs are equipped with non-slip drive due to the use of polyurethane drive sprockets.

8. Independent suspension of the haulm topper (optional) with height control. Equipped with double driven haulm discharge belt or high speed rotor and haulm spreader.
9. The spacious and luxurious Claas Vista 2 cabin coupled with the open chassis give a perfect view of harvesting proceedings - it has never been so easy to stay focused on a long day.
10. 12” touchscreen monitor: more color depth is achieved by a higher resolution and a clear lay-out. More diagnostic information allows the operator to under-stand and solve problems more easily. The self-developed Ploeger software offers numerous automatic functions and updates are directly available.
11. Unique Ploeger up-and-over elevator: the most product friendly system thanks to a large capacity per pocket, which distributes the product to the hopper filling belt. Divider webs ensure minimum drop height from the Ploeger up-and-over elevator onto the hopper filling belt.
12. Simple machine construction: all sieving webs have the same width and all hydraulic drives are mounted on the outside of the machine. By using standard components / bearings the machine is maintenance friendly.
13. Multiple cleaning units such as the axial roller system, PSHS-system and / or pintle belts.
Renewed styling: recognizable Ploeger look

Our company
Everything under one roof
Since its founding in 1959, Ploeger has put all its energy into the
development and manufacture of self-propelled harvesting machines
for harvesting:
• Peas, broad and kidney beans and flageolets
• Beans and peppers
• Spinach, herbaceous plants and other leaf crops
• Potatoes, carrots, bulbs, onions, chicory, endives and other
• root vegetables
Ploeger is a specialist in harvesting technology and manufactures
machines that correspond entirely to the customer’s needs. Their green
and yellow machines are known for their excellent finish and operational
reliability under all field and weather conditions. And not unimportant
either: the highest yield.
Ploeger strives for continuous customer satisfaction. The quality and
finish of their machines is thus guaranteed through their passion and
expertise. Also, our worldwide service network (we are after all active in
over 30 countries), supports you on site in your own language and rapid
parts supply is made possible.
Manufacture
Ploeger designs and builds all its machines under its own control at our
current location in Roosendaal in the Netherlands. The total area of the
manufacturing facilities is over 11,500 m². The factory is modern and
efficiently laid out with a wet-enamelling cabin, welding robot and CNC
folding machines and press brakes. Also, Ploeger possesses its own
laser-cutting machine.
Research and development
Ploeger has a specialist department for the development and innovation
of its machines. Together with its customers and business relations in the
processing industry, Ploeger is continuously occupied with product
development and innovation.
Training centre
The training of the service mechanics and drivers who are responsible
for the machines’ maintenance and operation takes place in our own
training centre. Our own employees are trained here too.
With over 100 permanent employees, Ploeger is active all around the
world in the sale, manufacture and maintenance of harvesting machines.
