After a month in, we have 98% sign up! The app works great. It took ou parents about 2 weeks to getadjusted.

Yesterday’s Bus & Dismissal Issues

Dear DLS families,

Yesterday was a very frustrating dismissal day for our entire community. We w eto thank everyone for their patience, and to assure you all that we are d& verythingwe can to avoid similar problems and delays moving forward.

We were able to communicate about these delays in real time via the PikMyKid app,and sent a total of eight communications to the community, including several directly toparents of Green and Orange bus students. Any parent who has the app and Isregistered to use It should have received at least one or two messages about thedelay, and possibly more, depending on their student’s campus and bus ridershipsituation. If you have PikMyKid and did not receive any messages, please contactsupportpikmvkid.com so that they can help to resolve the issue. If you do not havePikMyKid, please see a member of our Operations team (Chelsea, Caleb, Jessica,Lyndsay, or Taylor) who can help you get set up.

I hope all is weill First off, I’d just like to say we love PikMyKid. I’m so glad I found you guys, and we were able to workto txing this system to Swift School. It has been such a blessing for our very chaotic afternoon carpooL PikMyKid

been especially beneficial for our students, who are dyslexic, This systems makes it so easy fof students to look on- board and see their name. They know they need to get read, when to head down, etc. For them, this is a huge asset,they don’t have to remember new carpool numbers each year or tricky carpool situations.
