The atomically controlled surfaces, interfaces andnanostructured materials have enriched the field ofmaterials science since five decades. They exhibitinteres9ng quantum behavior leading to technologicalapplica9ons in device physics. The devices based onquantumphenomenacanbefabricatedviaepitaxialgrowthon single crystal substrates or via other complementaryroutesunderthecleanestpossibleenvironment.

The aim of this mee9ng is to bring some of the eminentscien9stsworkinginthisareainourcountry,todiscussandshare knowledge on the latest developments in this fieldwithyoungresearchersandstudents.
