Physical Fitness Test Options
Student Participation
• All students in grades 5, 7, and 9 must be administered the Physical Fitness Test (PFT)
• Testing Window dates: – February 1, 2013 to May 16, 2013
Students with Disabilities
• Students with disabilities who are unable to take the entire PFT should be given as much of the test as conditions permit.
• The IEP or Section 504 team is responsible for deciding how students with disabilities will participate in the PFT. (please talk to Spec. Ed teachers)
Reporting Data/PFT Results
• All student results will be entered into Aeries Browser Interface (ABI).

Entry Codes for Students Not Tested
• Code 10 Absent on test date and all make-up sessions for all dates
• Code 13 Individualized Education Program (IEP)/Section 504 plan disabilities
• Code 14 Extraordinary circumstances
• Code 15 Medical Excuse

• Schools must provide all student data and test results for each fitness area the student tested.
• Leave the fields BLANK for tests that were not attempted. DO NOT FILL IN THE FIELDS WITH ZEROS.

teachers, elementary PE Specialists, 7th grade PE teachers, 9th grade PE teachers, and all secondary teachers who use their elective course as Credit)
