Commonly known as tapeworms since body is long tape like.

These have suckers and hooks for attachment.

Tapeworms are endoparasitic and live in intestine of various vertebrates.

Body is pseudosegmented.

Ascaris Ectoderm is

syncytial. Sexes are separate Females are larger

than males and are straight. Males are small and curved at posterior end. They have genital papilla for copulation.

Female lays about 15000 to 20000 eggs daily
