FoodState Technology
There are many single cell organisms in nature
Some have played a major role in the well-being of man
The nutrients are in their biological form for better absoprtion
FoodState TechnologySACCHAROMYCES CEREVISIAE
(Bakers yeast) Contains all the mineral nutrients Contains Vit D precursors Contains all the B-complex vitamins
LACTOBACILLUS BULGARICUS (Yoghurt) Contains most of mineral nutrients Contains B Vitamins Contains D Metabolites Contains Vitamin C
FoodState Technology FoodState® products require a growth medium for minerals & vitamins
Saccharomyces Cereviscae contains receptor sites for all the minerals and for Vit D3
The backbone protein structure of yeast consists of amino acids
If a Selenium salt is introduced to a growing culture of yeast, the Selenium searches for appropriate receptor sites
FoodState TechnologyIn the case of Selenium, these receptor sites
are Methionine and Cysteine – these 2 amino acids contain sulphur
When the Selenium finds the Methionine & Cysteine sites, it replaces the sulphur
group and becomes :
SELENOMETHIONINE and
SELENOCYSTEINE
FoodState® Selenium CH3 CH3
