Peshawar Electric Supply Company Ltd. (PESCO) is a

Public Limited Company incorporated under the

Companies Ordinance, 1984 on April 23, 1998 as an

Electricity Distribution Company and commenced

Commercial Operations w.e.f July, 01, 1998 having

jurisdiction in NWFP & FATA.

In July, 2003, FATA was detached from PESCO to

become TESCO.

The principal activity of the Company is the supply and

distribution of electric power to the consumers in the

service territory subject to and in accordance with the

terms and conditions of the license awarded by NEPRA.
