REQUIREMENTS/GUIDELINES

Please provide the following

information:

• Project Description (including

square footage and valuation)

• Owner/Applicant Contact

Information

• Project location (include building

number and suite number if

applicable)

• Contractor Information (include

contact, information, license

number and State and city

transaction privilege/sales tax

number

• Floor Plans

• Plumbing/mechanical, electrical,

and detail plans if applicable

• Separate fire permits may be

required

Plan review and permit fees are based

on the City of Phoenix Fee Schedule.

Plan review fees are paid at the time of

log-in.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Less than 10,000 square feet of

improvements,

• No increase in square footage

• Interior space only

• Contractor already selected

THE PROJECT CANNOT:

• Require site or civil approval

• Require Pollution Control reviews

• Be used for restaurant, medical or dental

office, beauty salon, hazardous use, change

of use/occupancy, adult use.

• Include a paint, spray booth

• Be part of a larger project or part of any

unauthorized deferred submittals

• Include structural alterations

• Be registered with the Annual Facilities
