Encouraging the big companies to work with the

small for win-win partnerships

Why PACT?

1. Big markets which can propel the growth of SMEs – e.g.Apple

2. A vast pool of IPs and knowhow –e.g.3M

3. Serve as good reference customers for SMEs- e.g.PUB

4. Help ‘nudge’ their suppliers/contractors to upgrade – e.g.Keppel

Who are considered big?

Big (Large) Organisations include MNCs, GLCs, Govt. Agencies,

IHLs, hospitals, Robinsons, etc.
