From Vision to Development

•Raymond Belle: Father of David Belle.

•Received military education and training.

• introduced his son David Belle to obstacle course

training.

• David belle participated in martial arts and gymnastics.

• David left school at age 17 seeking freedom and

continued to develop his strength &

invented Parkour.

What Parkour really include

• Parkour movements typically include... running, jumping, vaulting, climbing,

balancing, and quadrupedal movement. • acrobatics or tricking alone do not

constitute Parkour.

What Parkour really Focuses!

• Parkour training focuses on... safety, longevity, personal responsibility,

and self-improvement

• discourages reckless behavior, showing off, and dangerous stunts.

What Freeruning really Include!

• Freeruning movements typically include...

tricking, acrobatics, aerial rotations, spins, public shows & Stunts.

• Parkour requires... • consistent, disciplined training.
