(1) Marine Loading Arm

FB Type --- The loading arm is full balanced in all positions with two independent counterweight systems. It is a self-support structure,the pipeline and the swivel joint endure not only the pressure from the media but also the gravity and the overturn moment of all load. It is usually used on the river wharf and the small tanker.

--- RC Single Pipeline

This is a typical rotary counterweight marine loading arm. All of the vertical load and overturn moment should be supported by the base riser and supporting device to make the pipeline and the swivel joints be free in theory.

It can be manoeuvred neatly by hydraulic cylinder in three directions, and the balance system consist of a pantograph for transmitting balancing loads from the outboard arm to the secondary counterweight.

(3) Marine Loading Arm --- RC Double Pipeline

It incorporates a vapor line to carry the return vapor to the outlet flange. Other parts are same with the s i n g l e p i p e l i n e a rm .

It mainly be used to transit the LPG and ammonia and some dangerous media.

ERS (Emergency Release System)

The ERS manufactured by us mainly consists of three parts: the alarm system, hydraulic control system and release coupler

1) The alarm system consists of position switch and visual-audio annunciator

2) Hydraulic control system consists of accumulator, hydraulic control valve and hydraulic cylinder

3) The release coupler consists of shut off valve (double ball valve), clamping mechanism and pressing pole mechanism.

For double-line loading arm, both the vapor line and liquid line must be mounted with the ERS. In this picture, the ERS for the vapor line is different with the one for the liquid, it is only a single direction shut off valve. The structure is simple than ERC for liquid line. And while releasing, the two ERS shall be actuated synchronously.

When the arm approaches the limit of the pre-determined working range ( i.e. the angle between inboard and Outboard arm≥ 135°)

First alarm, intermittent audio and light alarming

( i.e. the angle between inboard and Outboard are≥ 150°)

Second alarm, continuously audio and light alarming
