Step 1:Upon receiving New Customer Order email notification, click order link in the email to go to Seller e-shop Dashboard.

Step 2:Click Invoice and Packing Slip button to download and print.

NOTE: Print 1 copy of Invoice for seller to keep. Print 3 copy of Packing Slip for Courier reference.

Step 3:Stick the barcode on each copy of the Packing Slip.

Step 4:Pack order based on the Product Item and Quantity shown in the Packing Slip.

Step 5:Use plastic wrap and bubble wrap when packing items.

NOTE: Use plastic wrap to secure
caps that may easily loose. Use
bubble wrap for fragile items.

Step 5:You may use recycled box for items without the original packaging or bulk orders.
Stick a fragile sticker for orders packed with items which need to be handled with care. These items include liquid, glass or delicate items.
Stick Packing Slip on the box for courier reference.

Step 6:Contact respective Courier Serviceshown under Shipping Method on the Packing Slip.

Step 6:After courier collect order, click Order No to update Status

Step 7:Click Edit to update Order Status from Processing toOn Delivery once the order has been picked up by the Courier.
