• To discuss AM role/process in various services procurement on behalf of Owner Association (OA) for different occupancy and age. (Jeevan)

• Identify required due diligence needed by AM before taking over the responsibility from OA. (Jennifer)

• AM expected limitations and challenges. (Navin)

• Tools and skills needed by AM to implement OAM strategy (Michael)

Expected Goal

• Develop required recommendations to standardize AM license pre-request and qualifications required to deliver expected outcome.
