ABOUT THE INDUSTRY

National Dairy Development (NDDP) is the governing body

of Indian dairy industry established by central government

at Ahmadabad.

India is 'The Oyster' of the global dairy industry

INDIAN DAIRY INDUSTRY

India’s dairy sector is expected to triple its production in the

next 10 years

Indian dairy sector contributes the large share in

agricultural gross domestic products.

Indian dairy industry gives employment to more than 72mn

dairy farmers.

ABOUT THE COMPANY

The Pondicherry Co-operative Milk Producers Union has its

origin as the Pondicherry Co-operative Milk supply during the

year 1955.

The union was the first co-operative society registered in

pondicherry.

The Co-operative dairy established through the National Dairy

Development Board.

Milk Supply Society had its prime objectives as service to the

urban consumers with good quality milk
