Certificate of power efficiency * * Due to the King Decree 235/2013 of 5th April, which will coming into effect on the first June 2013, a certifi-cate of power efficiency has to be presented when it comes to a sale or renting of properties, the resulting label has to be specified in all offers and advertising efforts.

Exceptions, amongst others, are dwellings less than 50 m2, those that are only used occasionally (so-called holiday homes) or those that are purchased for demoli-tion or rehabilitation purposes.

Historic buildings are excluded too.

We have asked the owner of the affected property, to obtain the appropriate certificates or attestations. All properties in this catalogue do have a certifi-cate of power efficiency or are in process. More detailed information you get in our office.
