Business Establishments are required to secure a Zoning Clearance uponapplication for Business Permit to ensure that the establishment is allowed in thechosen location as per the Municipal Land Use Plan (MLUP) and other relevantzoning and land use ordinances. The Municipal Engineering Office (MEO) issues theZoning Clearance.
Business granted Zoning Certificates are periodically inspected in order toensure compliance.
