TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Hotel check-in time is at 15:00 hours and check-out time shall be at 12:00 hours. Early arrival and

later departure time can be arranged subject to availbility and prevailing charges upon request.

• Please note that power supply to the room would be automatically switched off at 12:00 hours on

your departure date. Kindly contact the reception counter for any late check-out arrangement. Request of late check out are subject to room availbility and charges are applicable.

• We are a non smoking hotel. Bedroom refreshing fee will be applied at RM100 Nett per room per

night in the event of non smoking policy being violated by room staying guest.

• Any change made to reservation details may subsequently change the room rates.

• Reservation shall be online via www.ecityhotel.my. Room rates are based on selected dates &

subject to tier pricing and room quota availbility.

• Promotional rates are subject to change at any time without prior notice based on room availbility

and Management's discretion.

• Once the reservation is confirmed, amendment & cancellation policies will be applied. Check-in on

behalf of reserved room guest is not allowed.

• Guests are required to present their original Identity Card (IC) / Passport and reservation

confirmation slip at the check-in kiosk in the hotel. The Kiosk service offers a fuss-free solution as the overall check-in time is shortened. Guests are also allowed to check-in at te reception counter

with a minimal charges.

• While we endeavour to accede to all Special Request, please note that these request are subject to

availbility at the Hotel.

• Room reservation is confirmed upon issuance of a confirmation email and full payment by Credit

Card / Debit card / Online Banking. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please contact e.City
