Learning Express Library is a comprehen-sive, interactive online learning platform of practice tests and tutorial course series designed to help peo-ple succeed on the academic or licensing tests they must pass. Immediate scoring, complete answer ex-planations, and individualized analysis of results are part of this site. (must create an account on campus)
Literature Criticism Online is the link to the Short Story Criticism online.
Literature Online is a fully searchable library of more than 350,000 works of English and American poetry, drama and prose, 147 full-text literature journals, and other key criticism and reference resources.
MAGNOLIA (Mississippi Alliance for Gaining New Opportunities through Library Information Access) provides access to many online informational databases. Very helpful for finding magazine and newspaper articles. Ac-cess to EbscoHost Databases through MAGNOLIA allows users to search Legal Collections, Music In-dex, and Consumer Health Complete, just to name a few other sources. This link also offers access to
eBooks and CINAHL. This database gives complete, full-text information from leading nursing, allied health, and related publications.
MELO (Mississippi Electronic Libraries Online) is an electronic environment that mirrors the tradi-tional library through online databases, electronic books and journals, and scholarly websites. The Library-Learning Resources Center supports the mission of Southwest
Mississippi Community College, which is to serve the citizens of its district by
providing resources and services that will support their educational needs and
interests. Access to information is provided through print, media, computer-
assisted instructional materials and telecommunication technologies.

Student Success Center
Students are allowed to check
out up to 6 books.
Books may be checked out for
2 weeks and may be renewed
once.
A $.10 per day fine is assessed
for each overdue book.
All books and/or fines must be
cleared in the Library before the
student is allowed to take final
exams.
Photocopies cost $.10 each.
A copy card is available for
$1, $2, $3, $5, and $10.
