• Demographictrendsarekeyinfluencers:region,landuse,income,populationgrowth.Butotherfactorsimpactontravelpatternssuchasethnicity,migration,selfemploymentandworkingfromhome.

• Majorlifechangeiscrucial(moving,marriage,childbirth,jobchange,divorce,health,retirement)
