TREE OF LIFE CONFERENCE #! March 3, 2013
OFOR Co-Sponsored Event
“Wresting with Reconciliation”
The Tree of Life is a sacred symbol for many cultures and faiths across
our world. It reminds us that all of creation is deeply interrelated and interconnected.
World peace and harmony depend on our realization of this truth. This is especially
critical in the Holy Land where the children of Abraham — Muslims, Jews and
Christians — share that sacred place. Featuring Cindy and Craig Corrie and 12 other speakers

WE ARE AFFILIATED WITH IFOR andFOR-USA
Founded in 1914 in response to the horrors of war in Europe, IFOR has taken a consistent stance against war and its preparation throughout its history. Perceiving
the need for healing and reconciliation in the world, the founders of IFOR formulated a vision of the human community based upon the belief that love in
action has the power to transform unjust political, social, and economic structures.
Founded in 1915, FOR-USA is composed of women and men who recognize the essential unity of all creation and have joined together to explore the power of love and truth for resolving human conflict. While it has always been vigorous in its opposition to war, FOR has insisted equally that this effort must be based on a commitment to the achieving of a just and peaceful world community, with full dignity and freedom for every human being.
