NOTIFICATION

On the recommendation of the H.P. Public Service

Commission, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pieased to offer

provisional appointment to Shri. Umesh Chand Rathore S/o Sh. Shri

Kailash chand Rathore, Head of Department Electrical, Government

Polytechnic, Kangra, H.P-176007, as Professor (Electrical Engineering), on

regular basis, in the pay band of Rs. 37400-67000+10000 (Grade pay) per

month, on the terms and conditions depicted below in the Department of

Technical Education Vocational & Industrial Training, Himachal Pradesh

with immediate effect in the public interest.

2. The Governor, Himacha-l Pradesh is further pleased to

order the posting of Shri. Umesh Chand Rathore, Professor (Electrical

Engineering) on his fresh appointment in the institution as shown against

his name:-

The Character Certificate approved from the 1"t Class Magrstrate orfrom two Gazetted officers known to him from the last three yearsbefore joining the appointment will be produced by the candidate.The candidate should give declaration that he has got only oneliving spouse.

If any declaration given or information furnished/ supplied by thecandidate proves to be false or he is found to have wilfu11ysuppressed any material/information he will be 1iable for action asper Rules applicable, from time to time.

The candidate is liable to serve in any part of Himachal Pradesh inthe Technical Education Department, wherever the Department hasor may have offices/ Institutions.

vi) The services of the candidate wili be governed by the rules andregulations enforce from time to time as applicable to otherGovernment servants such as CCS (CCA) Rules, 1965 and CCS(Conduct) Rules, 1.964 as are applicable in the Himachal Pradesh.

viii) The candidate will remain on probation for a period of 2 years in thefirst instance from the date of joining. The probation period can beextended by the competent authority for one year by assigningreasons in writing under the provision of the rules.

The above newly appointed incumbent is directed to report for duty at theplace of his posting within 15 days positively on the receipt of thisappointment letter and submit the joining report to this Departmentthrough proper channel, failing which it will be presumed that theincumbent is not interested and offer of appointment shall be deemed tohave been cancelled.
