Firm History• The Overture Group’s origin was in the mid 1990’s when
McGladrey, (a major middle market focused accounting and consulting firm) formed an executive search practice
• McGladrey exited the entire Strategy and Human Capital practice in 2010. This included its strategy, human resources, executive compensation, and search practice
• The Overture Group was formed in July 2010
• Today the firm has offices in Illinois and Iowa
