You will learn to: Package PowerPoint for a CD Burn the PowerPoint folder to a CD Check the CD for accuracy
Upon completion of your presentation All sides created and animated Sound files, music, or video added Timings rehearsed and saved
Ready to package for CD
The following slides are simple and easy to follow.
Click the Office Button
Choose PublishPackage for CD
Type in the Name of the CD
Click the Add Files button
Select the files you wish to add
MusicVideoWav
You may have to change the File Type to All Files
Click the Options button
Check/Choose the options to Add Viewer Package, Link files, and Embed True Fonts
With all files added and all three options selected, Click Copy to Folder
Click OK to begin creating the folder
Folder will be in C:\My Documents
Click the Close button
Nero-Burning ROM
Click the Start Button on the Start-Up Menu Task Bar
Select the All Programs button
Scroll up and select Ahead Nero
Select Nero-Burning-Rom
The Nero – Burning Rom software Window will open—see next screen.

Select the CD radio button to select the kind of medium you would like to write with your recorder.
Click Next
Select the Compile a new CD radio button if you wish to compile a new CD. (If you wish to copy a CD select the Copy a CD option) to answer how would you like to continue.
Click Next
Choose your format. Audio (Music only) CD,
choose Audio CD Data CD (PowerPoint
Presentation, Word Files, etc.) CD, choose Data CD
Other CD formats, choose the Other CD format option
Click Next
Select the Create a new data CD
Select Next
Click Finish
Select the files you wish to Write to the CD.
(For Example: PresentationCD,)
Drag the files into the Name window.
Continuing until all desired files have been dragged into the Name window
After all desired files have been dragged into the Name window, click the File Drop-Down Menu option.
Select the Write CD option.
Select the Burn radio button option to begin the Burning process
The CD should begin burning.
You do have the option to change the write speed. (HINT: I usually do not alter this option.)
After the program notifies you that the process has been completed, close the program.
When prompted to Save changes to ISO1 select the NO option
Get a friend to login to the networkHand them the CDHave them place the CD into the
