Sir/Madam,We are happy to inform you that OPTCl is going to host its 11th Annual Sports

Meet on io'' January 2015 (Saturday) at Kalinga Stadium, Bhubaneswar

RULES& REGULATIONSFORPARTICIPATION:

1. Only regular employees / Management Trainees are allowed to participate in the

events.2. An employee can participate in maximum 3 nos. of events excluding badminton and

table tennis.3. Participants shall bring their shoes / dress for the sports.4. Provision of breakfast and lunch shall be made for the participants during the

event.5. Limited accommodation at OPTCl Transit House, Bhubaneswar can be provided to

the participant on advance intimation subject to availability.

6. TA will only be allowed to those employees who have participated in the events.Their name will be uploaded in the website. The controlling officer should verify

the names in the website before sanctioning TA.7. In case of any dispute on sports matter, the decision of the designated committee

of Jury shall be final.

8. The services of the sports officials shall be utilised for conducting the sports.

9. REGISTRATION10. Interested employees will submit their choice of events to the Office Head. The

Office Head will login to the site http://repo.optcl.co.in/sports/ through Officewebmail id and password for online registration for Annual Sports for theemployees working under their control. The participant's are required to bring theprintout of registration form and l-card with them to Kalinga Stadium. Theemployees who have registered their names online will submit the printout of

registration form for confirmation at our reception counter, Kalinga Stadium,

Bhubaneswar in between 7.00 AM to 9.00 AM to participate in the respective

events on 10.01.2015 positively. Request for spot participation shall not beentertained.

11. EVENTS FOR ABOVE 50 YEARS OF AGE (MEN) :

100 Mtrs. Run, 200 Mtrs. Run, 3 km walk, Shotput throw, Discuss throw, Long jump& High Jump.

12. EVENTS FOR UNDER 50 YEARS OF AGE (MEN) :

100 Mtrs. Run, 200 Mtrs Run, 400 Mtrs. Run, 800 Mtrs. Run, Long Jump, Triple

Jump, High Jump, Shot put throw, Discuss throw, Javelin Throw, Sack Race, TableTennis (Doubles), Badminton (Singles) & Badminton (Doubles).

13. FOR WOMEN ONLY:

GUIDELINES

~ The employees who are interested to participate in the Annual Sports will apply

their choice of events (max 3 apart from Badminton and TT) to their Office Head.

~ The Office Head will login to the site http://repo.optcl.co.in/sports through their

Office webmail id and password egoWebmail id - ehtc.div.bbs@optcl.co.in.

~ The choice of events received from the employees are to be entered in the online

registration forms by the concerned Office latest by 7.1.2015, 5 p.m. Entry cannot

be made in the site after this date.

~ The list of webmail lds which are authorised to login to the site are attached as

Annexure - A.

~ The sample registration form is attached as Annexure - B for reference.

~ A registration number will be generated for each participant.

~ The registration form can be down loaded from the site.

~ The participant's are requested to bring the printout of registration and office ID

card with them to Kalinga Stadium.

~ Those offices which will face difficulty in registering their name may contact Ms.
