1 Initial contact : A first appointment is organized with the
customer to define its needs in term of study.
2 Allocation of the study : A student is named as a mission manager
and he is supervised by an executive board member and a Quality Department member who will make sure that the study respects the quality chart.

3 Business proposal : Elaboration of a business project, which is
a draft where we explain how we will conduct the study (the payable expenses, the applied methodology, and the invoicing). When the customer agrees we sign the contract.
4 Carrying out the study : The responsible of the study and his team
will carry out the study by every possible means.

5 Result processing : We process the information and we analyze
the result with a software such as Sphinx Lexica. The processing enable us to elaborate the final report, which will be conveyed to the customer, including a summary and our recommendations.

Junior- Enterprise: an international label of quality
Rapid development and dynamism of all Junior enterprises resulted in the creation of a national confederation named CNJE (Confédération Nationale des Junior Entreprises) in 1969.
Its mission is to coordinate and animate the national network and to keep contact with the foreign Junior Enterprises. This French movement is composed of 130 members.
On the European level, Junior Enterprises are managed by JADE (Junior Association for Development in Europe) throughout more than 20 countries.
