Your nonverbal communication will affect

how people perceive you, positively or negatively. The impression you send will

have a reciprocating effect from the people around you..

• Sustained eye contact suggest:

• Trust and admiration

• Brief eye contact signifies:

• Fear or stress

• Researches estimates that the human face can display over 250,000 expressions.

• A few people can control these expressions and maintain a “poker face” when they want to hide the fellings.

• An individual’s general posture can convey anything

• From high status and self- confidence

• To shyness and submissiveness.

How we structure and use time tells observers about our personality and attitudes.

• The space around us tells something about ourselves and our objectives.

• Ready for business• Highly organized• Dependable• Efficient

• Disorganized• Undependable• Lack of management skills• Inefficient• Prone to errors
