NNI Construction provides a Certificate of Insurance for each project. In addition, prior to starting a project, our sub-
contractors are required to purchase and maintain their own Liability Insurance and Workers' Compensation Insurance.

HEALTH & SAFETY NNI maintains an effective health and safety program for its employees and job sites. NNI subscribes to the
Construction Industry Service Program (CISP) safety program and provides all employees with a Basic Safety
Manual for Construction. All field employees are provided with a copy of OSHA 2202, 1994 Construction Digest.
Additionally, we engage Vicinity, Inc. – an occupational oversight group – to conduct weekly inspections of job
sites, ensuring that OSHA standards are met. If any deficiencies are found, corrective actions are assigned to the re-
sponsible contractor/subcontractor. All subcontractors are obligated by contract to abide by all OSHA, Federal, State
and Local regulations while on a NNI job sites.
It is NNI’s policy to require all subcontractors to provide Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) prior to their bring-
ing hazardous materials onto the job sites. By contract, all subcontractors assume the responsibility of training their
employees under the Hazard Communication Standard (29 CFR Part 1926.59). Our project superintendents strictly
enforce the policy that no hazardous material be introduced onto the job site by vendors, salespeople or
employees without a MSDS.
NNI maintains these policies and procedures to ensure the health and safety of all the parties on our job sites.

Brian Miller, President
After a decade in the construction industry, Brian’s experience, technical knowledge and ambition made him an
efficient and effective, highly regarded Senior Project Manager. After receiving his AutoCAD 1,000 Hour Train-
ing Certificate, Brian went on to earn his Bachelors of Science and Technology in Construction Management
from Bowling Green State University. His professional career began with an A/E/C firm that focused primarily on
design-build projects. Serving as Project Manager, he successfully oversaw the completion of numerous projects
for a diverse range of industries including industrial, retail, food service and education.
As his career progressed, Brian’s role evolved from Project Manager to Project Executive. Working in a partner
capacity with NNI Construction, Brian began to develop his own book of business. As Brian’s growth continued,
it continued in a path of National Retailers. Brian developed a separate sector of business at NNI Construction,
and eventually founded NNI Construction Co with Michael NNI and Tim Miller.
Brian chose Fort Lauderdale, Florida as the corporate headquarters, and currently maintains an Office in Cleve-
land, Ohio. Brian is particularly focused in Preconstruction. Aiding his customers in Lease Negotiations, budget-
ing and preliminary conceptual budgeting. He is also still involved in every active project as Project Executive.
Tim Miller, Vice President & Estimating Coordinator
With 40+ years in the industry, Tim has served in multiple capacities throughout his career. Originally a
salesperson for electrical supplies, he graduated to estimator then project manager for a commercial electrical
contractor. Having spent the better part of a decade successfully managing projects, Tim started his own
design-build firm in 1982. After a 30+ years in business, Tim joined NNI as their Vice President and Estimating
Coordinator. Not looking to slow down, he still maintains his electrical company, too.
Mike Nyman, Board of Directors
In 1978 Michael (Mike) Nyman embarked on his construction career by entering the Carpenter Apprentice
Program. Over the course of the next 38 years, Mike climbed the construction hierarchy, from journeyman
carpenter to Estimator to Project Manager to Vice President to, and as of 1995, President & Owner of NNI
Construction Co. To better service national clients and share resources, Mike, Brian Miller and Tim Miller
formed affiliate, NNI (Nyman National, Inc.) Construction in 2014.

Alan Kerry, Vice President of Business Development
Working for his family’s low-voltage contracting business, Alan began his construction at an early age. After
obtaining his business degree, he continued to work in the family business, helping his father grow and ultimately
sell the company. From there on, he’s served in multiple capacities for a diverse range of industries and project
types. For example, during the course of his career, he’s overseen hospitality, retail, multifamily, health care,
institutional, education, mixed use and LEED certified projects. Alan also holds a Certified General Contractors
license, his OSHA 30, CPR and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Construction Quality Management for Contrac-
tors certificates.
Geoff Protz , Senior Project Manager
After obtaining a degree in Civil Engineering with a Construction Management focus, Geoff cut his teeth in New
York City’s ultra competitive, high-end residential construction market. These projects required fanati-
cal attention to detail and comprehensive knowledge of site specific details with the accelerated scheduled similar
to commercial projects. Later, Geoff added retail build-outs to his resume, moving to Cleveland and then Ft.
Lauderdale to join NNI Construction. In his short time with NNI, he’s advanced from Project Manager to
Account Manager, fast becoming one of our most valued and committed team members.
Rachel Bielert, Project Manager
During time off from college, Rachel was hired as an administrative assistant for general contractor, NNI . Today,
nearly 20 years later, as a superintendent and project manager, she’s overseen countless retail, industrial and
design-build projects. Since settling in Florida, she’s moved into real estate development and construction
management, specializing in property entitlement and marina redevelopment. Since joining NNI in 2014, Rachel
has focused on project management for national retail build-outs, as well as design-build renovations for retail
centers.
Justin Farmer, Project Manager
An Ohio University alum, Justin holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, as well as a Construction
Engineering Management certification. Early in his career, he served as a Field Service Engineer for Baker
Hughes, where he obtained and coordinated measurements and info with directional drillers to steer vertical and
horizontal well paths. Known for his commitment (he’s thru-hiked the all 2,200 miles of the Appalachian trail),
Justin joined NNI Construction in late 2014 and serves as a Project Manager.
