This is available for women within GP surgeries and

sexual health clinics every 3 years. If you’re overdue

for cervical screening contact your GP or the sexual

health service on 0333 000 0014 

This is available for women through the breast

screening unit every 3 years. If you think that you’re

overdue screening please contact your GP or the

breast screening unit on 01642 617088

This is a home test kit which will be sent to you every

2 years. If you’ve not received your home test kit or

you didn’t complete it and you would like to please

contact the screening centre on 0800 707 60 60

This is available to people over 35 who smoke within

your GP surgery. If you’re over 35 and currently

smoke get in touch with your GP surgery to get your

free lung health check today.

This is available to people aged over 40 who don’t

already have high blood pressure, high cholesterol,

kidney disease or any other disease that affects the

heart and circulatory system. You can get this check

every 5 years at your GP surgery, if you’re 

interested contact your GP surgery.
