Background
There is a WHO Global recommendation of physical activity for health (2010)– At least 60 minutes per day of moderate to vigorous
physical activity (MVPA)
PA reduces during adolescents and taking part in sports clubs during this age is linked to more adult PA
PA can appear in may parts of the ICF Coding (b455, d455, d570, d920, etc), but often not considered as part of a daily routine (d230)

Discussions
Over time, more adolescents with LTID are meeting the PA recommendations by completing a daily routine of being physically active.
It could worthwhile to include physical activities in branch of codes belong to d230.
One possible way to reach PA recommendations for health would be to encourage adolescents to become active members of sports clubs (d9201).
