• Composite wall panels are used for the external wall cladding and fascias of Buildings. It is one unique product that ties in the trend of the modern architecture, as its excellent flatness and smooth surface ensure accurate register alignment in small and large formats.
Introduction
• The wall panel systems can generally be laid horizontally or vertically.
• Aluminium composite panel is a kind of composite materials with the chemically processed aluminium surface layer and PE core. As a new-type building decoration material, now aluminium composite panel is widely used in Gaza and all over the world.

• In the late 1980s and early 1990s, it was imported from Korea and Taiwan Area. • Now aluminium composite panel has become very popular.
• This new construction material has different names overseas; sometimes it is called aluminum composite materials. In most European countries, it is named Alucobond.

Applications of Aluminum Composite Panel

Aluminium Composite Panel consists of two layers of aluminum skin sandwiching a thermoplastic core. Both top and bottom layers are aluminum alloy plates with high purity. The middle part is an innocuous low-density PE core plate with a protective film stick on the front, that must be carried out at the latest 30 days.

It can be cut with a vertical panel saw, circular or jig saw.
1- Cutting

2- Shearing
Shearing can be done with a guillotine. Please make sure the blanking tools are padded! Shearing causes an indentation of the panel cover sheet.

3- Punching
The panel of any thickness can be punched with conventional sheet punching machines. For clean cuts please use evenly ground tools and the narrowest possible cutting gap. Punching causes an indentation of the panel cover sheet.

4- Contour Cutting
The panel can be cut to size with water jets, profile milling machines, contour saws and jigsaws.

5- Bending
Bending is possible with a folding table or brake press. The inside bending radius is roughly 10 times of JSN ACM panel thickness. Please use protective foils. The spring-back effect is higher than with solid sheet. For production series a prototype should be made.

6- Roll Bending
panel can be bent with a roll-bending machine. Please use ground rolls in perfect condition only.

7- Drilling
The panel can be drilled with twist drills normally used for aluminium and plastics on machines common for metals.

8- Screwing
With conventional stainless wood, sheet metal and metal screws. For outdoor use please allow for thermal expansion.

9- Clueing
With the usual metal adhesives. There is no adhesion to the plastic core. Alternatively double sided tape may be used.
