It is a rehabilita�on programme in which we a�ach great importance to learning proper breathing, maintaining good posture, strengthening the deep core stability muscles and

ergonomics in everyday life.

The healthy spine rehabilita�on programme is dedicated to pa�ents:

with back pain caused by overloading and osteoarthri�s (scia�ca, discopathy) before and a�er spine surgery before and a�er spinal stabiliza�on surgery or surgery using implants with rheumatoid changes suffering from migraine headaches in the preven�on of people exposed to overload, leading a sedentary lifestyle and for those who lead a stressful life

THE PACKAGE INCLUDES:

Full board – buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner Hotel day starts at 2:00 p.m. with buffet lunch and ends at

CONSULTATIONS:

DIAGNOSTICS:

Physical therapy treatment (chosen a�er physiotherapy consulta�on): electrotherapy, mechanical spinal trac�on, ultrasounds, peloid (mud) wraps (up to 20 minutes), local cryotherapy (up to 3 minutes), BIOPTRON light therapy, automa�c water massage, bubble bath, radial shock wave therapy – 9 x during the stay6. physiotherapy consulta�on. Specialist consulta�ons cannot be exchanged for other consulta�ons or treatments. Not using any of the

elements included in the package does not reduce its value. It is allowed to replace a treatment or package of treatments for another

treatment or treatments offered by Columna Medica only for the documented health reasons of a pa�ent. The cost of stay applies to

accommoda�on in a single room. For an addi�onal fee, it is possible to stay in a suite. During a stay longer than 7 days, the number of

treatments increases accordingly.
