You shall be solely responsible foryour user content and Canva will notbe liable if you breach any laws.

You retain ownership of your user content however where you
create content that includes stock media all rights will continue
to be owned by Canva or it's contributors.
Canva can keep track of your designs and will retaindetails of your exported designs for an indefinite period.

Canva can also change the service,stop providing it, limit it or change itsfeatures without prior notice.
Licenses can be changed whenever they like.
