Management Strategies

▪ Continue strategy development in concert with SDOT Commute Trip Reduction Strategic Plan, curb space planning, shared mobility program, etc.. Coordinate with SR 99 tolling and construction management.

Hub Area & Operational

Improvements

▪ Refine and design Montlake, International District/Chinatown, & Westlake Hub improvements. Forward improvements to speed boarding and improve passenger experience.

Bus Service Restructures

Tier 1 service restructure options considered through Sound Transit and King County Metro public outreach process. SR 520 outreach underway.

Street Improvements

Further evaluate Options B and C to enhance transit and add protected bike lanes from 2nd Ave to Broadway. Consider curb use, transit, and pedestrian safety. Coordinate with Pike Pine Renaissance: Act One.

North-South Surface Street Improvements

Advance Option B for further development, including consideration of additional transit improvements, e.g. from Option C. Remove Option C as a complete package. Further develop and analyze Option D.
