Can I use the Verizon Enterprise Center to order service?
Unfortunately, due to funding requirements, the Verizon Enterprise Center does not allow our Navy
customers to place orders online at this time.
What if I already have a Verizon Enterprise Center login, can I use it and see my Spiral
2 accounts?
Yes. You will be able to use your existing Verizon Enterprise Center credentials for multiple accounts
under Spiral 2 Contracts. We have created two separate account numbers as unique identifiers
associated to the Task Orders.
Who do I call if I need help or training with the Verizon Enterprise Center?
If you need assistance with setting up your login or using the Verizon Enterprise Center, then you may
reach out to the Navy Customer Service team by submitting an e-mail to
NavyFISC@NE.VerizonWireless.com or call Victoria Slaughter at 240-568-1139.
