Native for Business: The Basics

Downloading Native for Business

You can download the Native for Business app from the App Store or Google Play Store

Signing In

Sign into the Native for Business app with the credentials provided.

The Home Screen

This is the home screen. You can press customer or coupon depending on what

you want to do.

Scanning Customers

To scan a customer and issue a Fortune

ticket, press Customer.

The Customer Scanner

This is the customer scanner. Simply hold the

green box over the customer’s QR code to

scan. You can also press the

camera icon to scan with your front facing camera.

Completing the Customer Scan

Once the code is scanned, you will

get a success message.

Scanning Customers with Punch Cards

If you want to redeem a customer’s punch card,

press customer.

Scan the customer’s QR code normally.

Selecting a Punch Card

If the customer is enrolled in any of your punch card

programs, you will have the option to select which ones

to punch.Simply select the

checkbox(es) next to any cards you want to punch and

press Log Punch Cards.

Completing the Punch Card Scan

You will get a success message. Logging Punch

Cards automatically issues a Fortune Ticket too.

Scanning Customers without Punching

If the customer is enrolled in any of your punch card programs, but you don’t

want to punch their cards, just select Log Customer

Only to issue them a Fortune ticket.

Completing the Scan

You will get a success message.

Scanning Coupons

To scan a coupon, simply press

Coupon.

The Coupon Scanner

Scan the QR Code of each coupon you want to

redeem.

Completing the Coupon Scan

You will get a success message for each coupon.

Scanning a coupon does not issue a fortune ticket. To do so, simply do a customer

scan.
