NATIONAL ETHNOGRAPHIC MUSEUM THAI NGUYEN, VIETNAM

Samran Sombatpanit and Wisit Ngamsom visited the museum when they took the trip to Vietnam

during December 12-20, 2008 as guests of Vietnam Society of Soil Science, Hanoi

Thai Nguyen is a mid-sized Vietnamese city located 80 km north of Hanoi. The city has been hosting the museum for more than half a century. Vietnam has over 50 ethnic groups living from north to south. Authors had limited time to see objects and photos in this museum, so please enjoy seeing the same things in the same way that we had observed during our two hours on December 20, 2008.

The authors appreciate the kindness of the administrators and scientists of Thai Nguyen University of Agriculture and Forestry for giving them opportunity to learn about the university and to visit this important museum of the country.
