• This industry needs used components and field repairs to improve the designs and also to do the redesigns etc. At this moment as per Para 6.6.1 of Hand book of Procedures does limit importation of used components. Government should allow used components import for this purpose and also allow duty benefits for those componentsy p

Dual Use Technologies - Recommendations
• Current Situation• Indian companies are not allowed to work on Dual use technologies as classified by US and
Europe. p
• There are many areas under these dual use technologies which are either already available in India or those technologies have more of commercial usage.
