its surplus is increasing every year.

The number of patient’s registration have doubled

(12000 to 25000).

Should bring in system within organization

Certain percentage of revenue should be used for the

hospital

Appoint an incharge for the pharmacy division

Regular meetings should be held between the

panchayat members and the hospital management

Additional authority should be given to

the CMO(temp recruitment, additional

salary , purchasing equipment) and his

salary should be increased.

More number of staffs should be

recruited
