We live in Tashtagol. It is in Kemerovo region. 65.000 people live here.

People in Tashtagol work in a mine.

You can see and visit a lot of interesting places.

This is our school!

This is our train station. It is small but nice.

This is a town centre.

There is a monument to the unknown soldier,

to the soldiers died in Afghanistan,

“Stone on the Palm”

and “Golden Shoriya”.

Usually there are a lot of people in the park. They

have a great time.

In the museum of ethnography and nature of Gornaya Shoriya you can learn about the life of

native people – the Shorets.

In winter people go snowboarding, Alpine

skiing and skiing.

In summer you can go swimming, boating and hiking.
