There was this There was this one day during one day during

elementary elementary school where my school where my mom came to say mom came to say

I was so I was so embarrassed.embarrassed.How could she How could she do this to me? do this to me?

I ignored her, I ignored her, threw her a threw her a hateful look hateful look and ran out.and ran out.

I wanted to bury I wanted to bury myself.myself.

I was oblivious I was oblivious to her feelings. to her feelings.

I wanted out of I wanted out of that house, and that house, and have nothing to have nothing to

So I studied So I studied real hard, got a real hard, got a chance to go to chance to go to

Singapore to Singapore to study. study.

Then, I got married.Then, I got married.

I bought a house of I bought a house of my own.my own.

I had kids of my own. I had kids of my own.

I was happy I was happy with my life, with my life, my kids and my kids and

the comforts the comforts

Then one day, my Then one day, my mother came to mother came to

visit me. visit me.

She hadn't seen She hadn't seen me in years and me in years and she didn't even she didn't even

meet her meet her grandchildren. grandchildren.

I screamed at her, I screamed at her, "How dare you come "How dare you come

NOW!!!" NOW!!!"

After the reunion, I After the reunion, I went to the old went to the old

My neighbors My neighbors said that she said that she
