12. Develop People Skills

Technical skills can be taught – Softwares like Java, Oracle, Soldering, Machine operations, Repair/ Servicing of electronics goods, Troubleshooting, etc.

Understanding the Young gen – age 22 to 35. People skills are not easy to impart.

Spend more time in developing Students . Make it comfortable for students to pass on the information, share their knowledge & technology with classmates & faculty.

13. Multiple Projects & Internships.

Several available in 2 tier cities & towns. Build strong relationships with District Collectors,

Officers, Police officers, leading Businessmen, Professionals in that place

Ask & Volunteer for Projects Become Management Consultants & Solution

Providers. Get students involved in all Projects In Campus Projects – Canteen, Transport,

Theaters, Arts, Incubation centers, Entrepreneurships

Guide & Monitor the students - study, analysis, data collection, preparing proposals, presentations…

Each student must do 2 Projects per semester

2 Internships during PGDM/ MBA. Some Projects lead to Internships
