MY SMART GOALS FOR THIS YEAR AND THE FUTURE…
1.Work more closely with the SGA , so the students will be more involved with decision-making at the school and more student-oriented activities can be implemented
2.Donate more time to the school to make campus improvements to boost the pride in the school
3.Create more project-based learning lessons, so the learning is more meaningful
4.Graduate from the ED.S. program, so I can begin my Doctorate degree
WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS FOR THE YEAR?
- Write your initials in the upper right-hand corner of the card.
- On the first couple lines of the card list some short term goals using the SMART goals format.
- Under the short-term goals, write at least one long term goal.
- Find a person that will hold you accountable.
- Place your card on the board.
